    Ans: Answer B. is not right because primary is for primary table and it's a dependency of second table so access will validate all data from primary table.
    Example:
    Table1: You enter admission data. ( contains primary key: reg_number)
    Table 2: You enter fee details: (contains foreign key)

    So you can add validation of students who can pay the fee if his registration number is available in table first.
